Returns and Exchanges

What is the return policy?  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, OrganicHydroponicsWorld will gladly grant you a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee, provided that the product returned is accompanied by the store receipt, packaged in the original box with all the instructions and is returned within 15 days.  Under NO circumstances will OrganicHydroponicsWorld accept any returns of products that have been used.

How do I return my product?  Follow these instructions to make a return:
  1. Email us (sales@organichydroponicsworld.com) for a Return of Goods Authorization number. We cannot accept any returns without this number.
  2. Box up the merchandise in the original packaging with all accompanying instructions, the original receipt, and the Return Authorization number.
  3. Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box, and send it to:

Please insure the package as we cannot issue store credit or send a replacement if the item arrives to us damaged. Your credit card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Can I exchange a product?  Yes, you may exchange an item you purchased from OrganicHydroponicsWorld.  We strongly recommend that you place a brand new order for the product you desire and then return the original product back to us following the Returns procedure described above so that we may refund you correctly.

Special Note on Light Bulbs.  All light bulb sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each bulb is marked with the date of sale and come with a 1-year warranty against defects.
