SALES TAX: All orders in Michigan
are subject to a sales tax; currently 6%. All other
orders DO NOT PAY SALES TAX.
SHIPPING INFO: We ship UPS Ground
or USPS Priority Mail, except for shipments outside of
the continental United States, which is defined as the
lower 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
We provide same day shipping on most items, but delivery
will may be affected by the carrier. All shipments are
fully insured.
INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING: For shipping charges outside of the United
States please email us at
sales@organichydroponicsworld.com. We will give shipping
charges to you via email for shipments outside of the
United States and request your approval prior to
shipment.
SHORTAGES: Please let us of know
of any shortage within three (3) days of receiving
merchandise.
DAMAGES: If any damages have
occurred during shipping, call organichydroponicsworld
immediately. We then will issue a return of goods
authorization number and contact UPS for package pickup.
After the return of the damaged merchandise, we will
ship a replacement.
RETURNS: Sorry, organichydroponicsworld
does not give cash refunds. New and unused merchandise
(with the original receipt, packing material and all
instructions) must be returned within fifteen days for
store credit. Please remember organichydroponicsworld cannot
process credit for any items that have been used.
Before returning merchandise, please contact
organichydroponicsworld for a Return of Goods Authorization number.
We cannot accept any returns without this number. If the
merchandise is defective, please call for a return
number. Include a letter why you believe the item is
defective, put the RA number on the outside of the box,
make sure to insure the item, (we cannot issue store
credit or send a replacement if the item arrives to us
damaged), and return it to us. If the merchandise is
found to be defective, organichydroponicsworld will credit the
shipping and send you a replacement. Call us first. If
you are returning or exchanging any items for any other
reason than a defect, shipping costs are the customer’s
responsibility.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, organichydroponicsworld.com
will gladly grant you a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee,provided
that the product returned is accompanied by the store receipt, in
the original box with all the instructions and is returned within
15 days. Under NO circumstances will organichydroponicsworld.com accept
any returns of products that have been used.
HOW TO PAY: organichydroponicsworld.com accepts
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Money
Order or Certified Check and PayPal. Sorry no COD orders under any
circumstances, no way, no how.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS: We ship
orders only to the credit card billing address. If the
shipping address is different from the billing address,
we are unable to ship your order. This is for your
protection against credit card fraud. Please include an
e-mail address or a daytime phone number so we can reach
you if there is a problem. For all types of credit
cards, we verify cardholder name and address info with
the card issuing bank. In case of credit card fraud,
organichydroponicsworld will prosecute to the fullest extent of the
law. Credit card sales are subject to organichydroponicsworld
approval.
GUARANTY AND WARRANTY: Any
Hydroponic System comes with a warranty from the
manufacturer, as do all other products we carry. Sorry,
none of our products come with a guarantee of success,
expressed or implied.
LEGAL: organichydroponicsworld pays all it's
taxes and abides by all the laws. Any customer who
makes any reference or inquiry about using our equipment
for illegal activities will not be sold any product nor
or forever.
